Arc CEO, Josh Miller, live reacted to MKBHD’s team talking about his product and I wish more tech CEOs did this sort of thing.

He also said something wise about disruptive products in response to David Imel struggling to describe Arc well:

The real transformative businesses and technology almost escape explanation. Like, how did you explain Snapchat the first time you used it? How did you explain Notion? Or even the iPhone relative to a Blackberry?

For me, Arc is defined by how much better its tab management UX is, keyboard friendly command bar, auto-archiving tabs, and an overall design that minimizes the browser chrome. There are other nice touches but if I had to point to a secret sauce I’d say it’s made of some combination of those features.
