Excerpts are shorter and conditional

• Long form posts no longer have excerpts
• Short form posts with titles have 70 character excerpts
• Short form posts without titles have 140 character excerpts

The overflow indicator for excerpts has also been adjusted.

Tags are displayed

• Tags are now visible and associated with posts wherever posts are found. They are not interactive (yet).
